Scholarship Criteria
 

The Scholarship Fund is used solely for students aspiring to further their education.  Students attending undergraduate, graduate, trade, technical, junior college, medical, or business school may apply.  The Institution must be accredited.  Students must have an acceptance letter from the institution and be able to provide a copy prior to receiving funds.  Funding will be used for tuition, room, board, books, etc.  Funding is allocated directly to the institution of higher learning. Scholarship Fund range: $250 - $4,000


Scholarship Requirements

 

Extracurricular activities: (Volunteer work, Community service, Extraordinary experiences)

Minimum GPA: 2.5

Two recommendations (excluding family members)

Essay required (250 words or less)

Essay Topics: - “Why Education Is Important To Me” Or -

”How I Will Use My Education To Benefit Others”

Official Transcripts required

Must be a US Citizen, have a SSN, or a green card

Applicants must be 11 – 25 yrs of age

Junior Scholarship - 6th - 9th grade

Senior Scholarships - 10 through college.

Students attending college must be enrolled at least part-time (minimum of 6 credit hours) Students cannot apply for funding exceeding $2,500 until their Junior or Senior year of high school

ACT, PSAT, and SAT scores are optional

All finalist will be interviewed
